For 140 years, Shaw/Stewart has served the Twin Cities' luxury homebuilders, remodelers and commercial general contractors. In 2021, Shaw/Stewart expanded into the Rochester market with the purchase of Kruse Lumber. Kruse Lumber has provided quality service and products to homeowners and building professionals in Rochester and Southeast Minnesota for more than 100 years. As a Window Sales Specialist at Kruse Lumber, you are the matter expert in all thing's windows. Your detailed product knowledge and input will be the foundation to guiding customers to the right recommendations and solutions for their needs. In this role, you will cultivate and build valuable relationships with the new customers you acquire.

THIS IS YOU
The successful Window Sales Specialist is knowledgeable in window and door basics and proficient in plan and specification review. This individual will be responsible for sales growth through prospecting and for providing responsive service to customers. Window Specialists are eager, tenacious, self-motivated and proactive. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are key.
Minimum Requirements:
3 years of proven window and door sales success Understanding of window and door code requirements Experience with field measurements Relationship development and management experience Proficient in plan and specification review Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically
Excel Preferred:
3 years of construction or building material sales success Project Management experience

Salary:
Base + Commission.
