The position is commission-based with the potential of $85,000+ per year. aaa Auto Parts is a full-service automotive recycler that sources and sells recycled auto parts to collision and mechanical repair shops in MN and WI.

Qualified candidates have:

Advanced understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Proficiency in verbal and written English with exceptional written, verbal, and persuasive communications skills ( Bilingual applicant a plus , but not required) Ability to master numerous avenues to generate sales leads: call center distribution model, email, instant messenger, industry e-commerce platforms Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management Professional telephone etiquette and excellent customer service skills Strong drive for achievement toward achieving sales performance goals Ability to multi-task, be attentive to customers and remain flexible to meet the needs of the business Ability to work as part of a team and to take initiative independent of direct supervision Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic attitude with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service Ability to manage pipelines, meet sales goals, and contribute to reaching overall company objectives
