00/hour DOE Join Our Team Interstate Bearing Systems is seeking a customer-focused Bearings Inside Sales Representative to join our St. Joseph, MN location. In this role, you'll help customers find the right industrial solutions while building strong relationships and driving sales growth. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Work closely with outside sales representatives, operations personnel, and vendor partners to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
Participate in branch meetings, training programs, and sales initiatives.
Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Recommend bearings, seals, belts, power transmission products, and related industrial solutions.
Provide outstanding customer support and product guidance.
Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and outside sales teams to ensure customer success.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of sales, customer service, parts, industrial distribution, or related experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to learn technical products and identify customer solutions.
Experience with bearings, power transmission, industrial products, or mechanical equipment is a plus.
