We are building a high-performance sales team and looking for driven individuals who want to earn big, grow fast, and be part of something early. What You'll Do Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods speaking with homeowners Offer free water quality tests and water reports Educate homeowners on issues like hard water, chlorine, and contaminants Set appointments and/or close deals on the spot Track activity and leads in our CRM Represent the Loon Lakes brand with professionalism and energy Compensation Commission-Based (Top reps earn $8,000-$20,000+/month) Performance bonuses and incentives Fast payout structure Advancement opportunities into leadership roles What We're Looking For Highly motivated and competitive individuals Strong communication skills Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Sales experience preferred (but not required—we train) Coachable and willing to follow a proven system Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent Why Join Loon Lakes?
