Join Pettus Automotive Group at our Farmington location. We are hiring two full-time Car Sales Consultants for Pettus Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Farmington . We are looking for motivated people who communicate well, follow through, and are ready to learn. Automotive sales experience is helpful, but not required. If your background is in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, call centers, insurance, real estate, or another role working with people, we would like to meet you. What You Will Do Welcome customers, listen to their needs, and help them find the right new or pre-owned vehicle. Learn the inventory and vehicle features. Conduct vehicle presentations, product demonstrations, and test drives. Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests, and follow up consistently. Build lasting customer relationships before, during, and after the sale. Work with sales managers, finance, service, and support teams to deliver a smooth buying experience. Keep current on inventory, pricing, incentives, and dealership processes. Use our CRM to track leads, appointments, follow-ups, and customer communication. What We Are Looking For Strong communication and listening skills. A positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Motivation to grow, with reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Comfort using computers, phones, email, and basic technology. Organization and the ability to follow a sales process. A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
