What You'll Be Selling Skycap Roofing & Remodeling provides exterior services throughout the Greater Kansas City area, including: Residential roof replacement Storm damage restoration Insurance-related roofing projects Gutters and exterior improvements Property management roofing and exterior services Commercial and multifamily opportunities You'll have the opportunity to develop everything from individual residential projects to long-term referral and property management relationships. What You'll Actually Do You'll be responsible for developing and managing your own pipeline.

That includes:

Prospecting and generating new opportunities Following up with company-generated opportunities when provided Meeting homeowners and property owners Performing roof and exterior inspections Identifying storm damage and aging exterior systems Documenting inspection findings with photos Presenting recommendations and estimates Closing roofing and exterior projects Helping customers navigate the insurance restoration process when applicable Meeting insurance adjusters Following up relentlessly on open estimates and leads Asking for referrals Developing relationships with homeowners, property managers, real estate professionals, and other referral partners Staying involved with your customers through the sales and production process No Roofing Experience?
