Customer Success/Sales Representative Join the team at Coastal Business Supplies as a Customer Success/Sales Professional and take your career to new heights! Immerse yourself in our diverse product line, which includes an array of digital print products such as print and transfer equipment, software, consumables, and blank substrates, catering to the dye-sublimation, laser print, and graphic signage industries. As a member of our team, your primary role is to boost sales and promote the growth of our business. This involves selling our digital hardware, software, and consumable solutions to accounts, hunting for new accounts, and managing key customer relationships. You'll also increase overall customer spend by recommending upgrades and cross-market opportunities. Beyond sales, you'll be conducting customer needs analyses, identifying pain points, and presenting tailored solutions through product demos and proposals. You'll also provide customers with assistance for general inquiries, maintaining our excellent standard of customer service. With our strong marketing presence and an invaluable technical support team at your service, you'll have all the resources you need to succeed. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from prospective and current customers Providing customers with a solution that best suits their needs and goals Establishing and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with our customers Placing new product orders for customers Providing client education with regard to new product offerings Resolving customer issues and/or concerns Tradeshow attendance/reporting, based on locale and schedule Always represent Coastal in a professional manner Continue to educate yourself and your client on product and industry trends Pro-actively sell using prevention and accountability techniques, clearly communicate and set expectations Meet or exceed monthly outbound contact targets, sales revenue, and gross margin Create, present, track and document formal quotations, proposals, and presentations Invoice customer accounts accurately and timely using data entry system Manage all account future orders and backorders Maintain CRM records per account with notes, opportunity pipeline, tasks, appointments, and reporting Work with the sales manager for price and contract negotiations The Ideal Candidate should have: 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field One or more years of business-to-business outside sales experience Knowledge and experience in small and large/wide format digital equipment Fundamental understanding of sales skills and techniques Communication, relationship building, customer service, prioritization, account forecasting / planning, negotiating, consultative selling and superior organizational and time management skills The ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision Strong punctuality and dependability An outgoing and energetic personality Excellent time management and prioritization skills Exceptional written and oral communication skills Proficient computer skills (e.g., MS-Excel, MS-Outlook, MS-Word, MS-OneDrive, MS-Teams, Adobe Acrobat, etc.) Experience as an operator or technician on wide format digital printing equipment is a plus Experience with data entry system is a plus
