Responsibilities Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Engage with customers to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs, utilizing upselling techniques where appropriate. Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition for customers. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product promotion and improvement. Collaborate with inventory control teams to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up post-sale to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele. Familiarity with inventory control processes is an asset. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
