  • Manage and maintain the community website, ensuring information is current, accurate, and engaging.
  • Manage social media platforms and create engaging content that showcases our community, residents, activities, services, and culture.
  • Stay current with emerging social media platforms, marketing trends, and digital strategies to expand our online presence.
  • Take initiative in developing and coordinating open houses, community events, tours, and other promotional opportunities to attract prospective residents and families.
  • Develop creative marketing strategies to generate new leads and increase community visibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, healthcare professionals, senior organizations, churches, referral partners, and other community organizations.
Represent the community professionally at networking events, health fairs, senior expos, and other community activities. Track marketing efforts and follow up on leads to help support occupancy and census goals. Work collaboratively with the community leadership team to develop and implement marketing initiatives. Achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue targets, driving revenue not only by increasing occupancy but also by maximizing market rates and collecting applicable fees. Ensure that tactical plans for occupancy, move-ins, and sales effectiveness targets are proactively incorporated into the community's quarterly REV Plan, contributing to strategies that achieve community-wide goals. Develop persuasive, compelling narratives to articulate the community's unique value to prospective customers, making a strong case for why the community stands out among market alternatives. Ensure that all customer interactions are tailored to meet the specific needs of each prospect, driving relationships forward through mutually agreed upon next steps. Actively participate in the Daily Morning Meeting, ensuring that customer experiences, move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy data are accurately represented. Join us today if you meet the following requirements: 2 or more years of successful experience in leasing and sales with senior housing experience preferred. Comfortable managing social media and digital marketing platforms. Able to take initiative and independently develop new marketing opportunities. Professional and personable with the ability to connect with seniors, families, and community partners. Demonstrates traits of accountability, meeting high expectations, confidence, goal-orientation, and a desire to succeed. Sales skills include persuasiveness, customer service, active listening, and adherence to the company's sales systems. Strong English language written and verbal communication skills, with the expectation to conduct a predetermined number of outbound sales calls each day. Strong computer skills. Must be at least 21 years old. Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a car, ability to do outreach appointments.
