Key Job Functions:
Responsibilities within this position will include: Develop an understanding of our inventory, business model, key opportunities, and biggest challenges. Strengthen and grow relationships with existing customers. Identify and engage with new/prospective customers through both telephone and in-person sales calls. Manage pre-call planning, document post-call notes and execute follow-up actions effectively. Articulate our value proposition effectively to both existing customers and future customers. Ability to travel in a wide region, focusing on specialized construction projects. Ability to travel to other regions, corporate offices, trade shows, etc. as needed. Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes is essential. Must be highly motivated and work with minimal supervision. Ability to plan effective and efficient sales trips. Must represent PERCO in a positive and professional manner at all times. Qualifications Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Demonstrated sales proficiency and exceptional customer relationship management skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities, effective with both individuals and groups. Excellent planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
