Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will drive new business by building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. Your enthusiasm for sales and customer service will be key to expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional value to our clients. Duties Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals Meet with clients in person to present products/services and close sales Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Valid driver's license Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + commission structure Vehicle allowance Health, dental, vision, life and long-term disability insurance Paid time off and holidays 401k with matching Why join us?
