Job Description

We are looking for an Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Rep is responsible for acquiring new customers and driving sales by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role requires frequent in-person visits, deep product knowledge, and a proactive, customer-focused sales approach. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers, owner-operators, repair shops, and other customers Actively prospect and generate new business within your zone Promote and sell heavy-duty truck parts, accessories, and service programs Conduct regular customer visits to assess needs and provide product recommendations Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up Stay informed on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends Collaborate with inside sales and parts department to ensure timely order fulfillment Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner Maintain daily contact with key accounts to ensure consistent service and relationship growth Promote and sell all applicable heavy-duty truck parts and programs based on customer needs Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service aligned with company policies Develop strong knowledge of vendor products, merchandising programs, and inventory systems Assist in coordinating and delivering customer training when needed Attend product training and sales seminars to maintain industry knowledge Qualifications Minimum 3 years of parts merchandising or related experience Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts preferred Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
