Job Summary We are seeking a design oriented individual for a Sales Consultant role to join our team in Cary and the surrounding Triangle area. In this role, you will be the key driver of customer engagement "the face of the company," combining your passion for design with your sales expertise to create inspiring spaces. Your enthusiasm for high-end products, renovation, and construction will help clients realize their vision while ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple projects, products and responsibilities will be essential to your success.

Requirements:

Prior experience with Shutters, Shades, Drapery and Blinds a plus! Experience with Hunter Douglas products preferred. Must know how to read a tape measure correctly and be comfortable going up and down ladders. Energetic, self-starter, punctual, and attention to detail are very important. Must be an organized, friendly, self motivated individual, like home design, be professional, patient and a good listener. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required: proficient computer skills. We are seeking someone with excellent problem solving skills and a creative solution minded individual.
