Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team in driving revenue by managing administrative tasks, coordinating group and corporate bookings, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and hotel departments. This role plays a key part in maintaining organization, accuracy, and exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Sales with day-to-day administrative tasks and client follow-ups Prepare contracts, proposals, and group resumes accurately and in a timely manner Coordinate group bookings, room blocks, and event details with internal departments Maintain and update client accounts, reports, and sales systems (CRM) Handle incoming sales inquiries and direct leads appropriately Support site tours and client visits as needed Ensure all details are communicated clearly to operations for successful execution
Qualifications:
Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel systems Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
