What You'll Do:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, setting the tone for a top-tier buying experience Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to generate and confirm sales appointments Rapidly respond to internet leads across all departments Track, manage, and nurture leads to maximize showroom traffic and conversions Keep all websites updated with compelling, sales-driven offers and promotions Manage and post social media content to drive engagement and lead generation Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reporting on results Serve as the go-to CRM resource, ensuring accurate data and team usage Support sales initiatives and step in wherever needed to hit dealership goalsQualifications:
Sales-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency and follow-up Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays Strong communication and closing skills (phone, text, email) Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools, Word, and Excel Highly organized, competitive, and motivated to exceed targets Valid driver's license with clean record Ability to pass background and drug screeningWhat We Offer:
