Duties Greet customers warmly and engage them with friendly, professional phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere Demonstrate products and explain features clearly to help customers make informed purchasing decisions Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to maximize sales opportunities while meeting customer needs Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store remains attractive and well-merchandised to enhance the shopping experience Perform retail math calculations accurately for transactions, discounts, and inventory management Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive store environment Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication with diverse customers Prior retail sales experience or familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries professionally over the phone Demonstrated ability in upselling, merchandising, and product demonstrations to increase sales performance Experience with cash register operations, cash handling, cashiering, and retail math is advantageous Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude to build rapport with customers and team members Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in growth opportunities within the team Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays Join us today to be part of an energetic team that values your skills!
