What You'll Do As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Chief Roofing, helping homeowners make informed decisions about protecting their homes.

Responsibilities include:

Perform roof inspections and accurately communicate findings to customers. Build trust and confidence by educating homeowners on roofing solutions. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and estimates. Conduct follow-up calls and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process. Accurately enter customer and project information into our CRM system. Assist customers with selecting roofing materials and project options. Coordinate project scheduling and ensure materials are ordered accurately and on time. Manage project priorities, conflicts, and risks to ensure successful completion. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, homeowners, and office staff. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional customer service. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Valid driver's license. Clean driving record. Ability to lift materials as needed. Ability to climb ladders and safely access rooftops. Previous experience in sales, estimating, and customer service. Basic math skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport, earn trust, and close sales. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision. Team-oriented mindset.
