Responsibilities Engage with customers through inside and outside sales channels to understand their flooring needs and provide personalized solutions. Conduct product demonstrations for flooring and wall options. Build strong customer relationships by offering exceptional service, upselling premium products, and guiding clients through the entire sales process from consultation to deal closing. Manage POS systems, cash handling, and inventory stocking efficiently while maintaining accurate records of sales transactions. Collaborate with the team on project planning, product demos, technical consultations, and follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the construction or remodeling industry. Strong technical skills including proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM systems, and POS platforms. Knowledge of flooring products and remodeling processes. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on deal closing and upselling high-end products. Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases. Construction experience or familiarity with renovation projects enhances your ability to advise clients confidently. Strong organizational skills for managing client communication, stock levels, and project timelines. Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
