Wards Roofing & Restoration LLC is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to find and win roofing and restoration jobs in the Middlesex, NC area. The Role This is a hunter role.
You will:
- Canvass neighborhoods and knock on doors
- Offer free roof inspections to homeowners
- Document storm damage
- Guide homeowners through insurance claims
- Write up contracts and hand off jobs to our crews Compensation
- Commission-based / 1099 independent contractor
- Commission-only, uncapped commission paid on collected contract revenue — your earnings grow with your effort Requirements
- No roofing experience needed — we provide full training on inspections, insurance claims, and selling the honest way
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Self-starter who is comfortable with door-to-door outreach
