Understands vehicles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing and contrasting competitive models, and inspecting vehicles.

As courteous and trustworthy experts on all Buick and GMC models, technology, our talented Sales Professionals provide a stress-free purchase experience for our customers and are responsible for helping them select a vehicle that meets their everyday need while maintaining minimum sales and delivery quotas according to dealership standards.- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explains fully (product performance ,application and benefits) to prospects.
- Offers test drives to all prospects, following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drives.
- Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system.
- Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Maintains records on regular customer, following up periodically by phone, mail, or personal reminders.
- Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales.
- Schedules first service appointment. Introduces customer to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealerships service department.
- Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag, title work and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
- Maintains a prospect development system.
- Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer service satisfaction.
- Attends sales meetings on time.
