Role Mission To drive revenue growth and client satisfaction by converting leads into sales, upselling existing customers, and supporting the sales team through effective communication, follow-up, and workflow management. Position Outcomes Lead Management & Appointment Setter Qualify 100% of leads Set 85% of qualified leads for appointments Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth Grow company close rate by 20% within 90 days Generate $60,000 in monthly sales revenue (new + upsells) by month 6 Upselling & Rehash Complete 100% of weekly rehash calls to unsold appointments Past Customers Upsell at least 10% of past customers into new products/services year quarter. Service Agreements Increase maintenance service agreements to: $50K annually by June 30, 2026 $75K annually by December 15, 2026 Create and maintain a simple tracking system for service agreements to track the Service Agreements schedules Customer Experience & Retention Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% on post sale surveys. Compensation $18/hour + commission. Quarterly and annual bonuses
Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up for each customer you speak with. Collaborate with Estimators to streamline workflows and reduce hold times during the sales process. Develop a strong understanding of our product line to confidently sell and upsell compatible products. Conduct weekly rehash calls to all appointments ran that were not sold to do follow-up to make a sale and potential upsell on devices and/or products. Call past customers to set appointments or to upsell new products and services. Listen attentively to consumer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sales. Track customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions in a detailed log. Keep the workspace organized, ensuring easy access to key documents and product information. Showcase the company's strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique. Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management and productivity, and maintain a workspace that is clean, organized and professional Facilitate incoming and outgoing calls for appointments for estimators and production manager for service calls and Maintenance. Maintain all past and future customers service agreements, calling to remind them of service, scheduling services, and updating agreements as needed. Participate in weekly meetings to discuss benchmarks and personal as well as team goals for the upcoming week. Assist the team with any additional tasks in the office as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years' experience in customer service, sales, or retention Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Excel /
