Full Job Description Job Summary:
As the New Home Sales Advisor for Jordahl Custom Homes, you will be at the forefront of showcasing and selling new homes to potential buyers. Your responsibilities include engaging with clients, providing expert guidance on available properties, and effectively closing sales transactions. Collaborating closely with the Executive Director, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals. With a passion for real estate and a customer-centric approach, you will contribute to our overall success by driving new home sales, fostering client satisfaction, and positively impacting the growth of our business.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Advising and guiding buyers throughout the New Home Sales process. Effectively communicating and highlighting the features and benefits of buying a home to potential buyers, fostering a deep understanding of the value proposition. Conducting thorough analysis of the financial qualifications of prospective home buyers to tailor offerings accordingly. Proactively creating, managing, and maintaining relationships with realtors, lenders, and community leaders to expand the network and drive business opportunities. Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and lasting impression. Maintaining clear and continuous communication with buyers to ensure satisfaction and a comprehensive understanding of the home-buying process. Personally meeting and escorting prospective home buyers and real estate agents through the subdivision, model homes, and inventory homes under construction, providing personalized and informative experiences. Exhibiting strong negotiation skills and ensuring accurate and timely completion of contract paperwork to successfully close deals. Implementing effective follow-up strategies with home buyers, realtors, and lenders to achieve sustained sales success. Participating in "walk-throughs" of a client's house to ensure construction aligns with the contract and escorting homebuyers during various stages of construction. Acquiring and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of inventory homes, covering details such as location, floorplan, elevation, included items, and current pricing. Demonstrating a solid working knowledge of, and adherence to, all written sales procedures currently in effect, ensuring a consistent and professional approach in all dealings. Qualifications Proven experience in real estate sales or residential property transactions, with a focus on new home sales preferred. Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills. Possess an entrepreneurial spirit willing to take charge of earnings, with unlimited earning potential. Ability to self-generate leads. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with CRMs. Knowledge of real estate market analysis, industry trends, and fair housing regulations to provide accurate guidance. Administrative experience in managing real estate transactions, client relationships, and property management processes. Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple clients, appointments, and documentation efficiently.
