At New Market Window Detailing, we deliver top-tier commercial and residential exterior cleaning across the region. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a high-energy, motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business through door-to-door (D2D) residential outreach and business-to-business (B2B) commercial canvassing.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a performance-driven, W-2 outside sales position focused on active, face-to-face field outreach. You will be pitching residential homeowners and local commercial business managers on window detailing and recurring maintenance plans. Under federal FLSA Outside Sales Exemption guidelines, this role is 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential. You control your income—the more doors you knock and deals you close, the more you earn.

WHAT WE OFFER

Uncapped 15% Commission on all initial residential and commercial cleans closed. 5% Recurring Commission on recurring commercial accounts (paid monthly for up to 12 months per account). Flexible Daily Schedule (Field-based; no sitting in an office all day).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct daily face-to-face door-to-door canvassing in assigned residential neighborhoods. Perform cold walk-in visits to commercial storefronts, office buildings, and retail plazas. Perform quick perimeter walks to count glass panes and provide on-the-spot quotes using company pricing guidelines. Present estimates, handle objections, and secure signed service authorizations in the field. Log daily contacts, quotes delivered, and closed deals in our mobile sales tracking tool. Adhere to company brand standards and local municipal solicitor/peddler regulations.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Proven background in door-to-door (D2D), B2B, or direct face-to-face sales (home services or field canvassing experience preferred, but not required).

Core Competencies:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with high self-motivation, personal discipline, and strong objection-handling ability.

Physical Demands:

Ability to walk 5+ miles per day and remain on your feet during daily canvassing routes in various outdoor weather conditions.

Licensing & Transport:

Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to travel across assigned sales territories.

PAY STRUCTURE & EARNING POTENTIAL

Pay Type:

Average Expected First-Month Earnings:

$2,500 - $4,500+ / month (based on performance and hustle)
