Job Description
Job Overview We are growing again! We are seeking another motivated Inside Salesperson to join our manufacturers representative organization within the commercial plumbing industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales and customer service skills, along with the ability for long term career growth for the right driven individual. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, personable, detail oriented, and committed to building strong client relationships. Duties Handle daily customer inquiries by phone and email from contractors, engineers, and distributors. Prepare quotes, bids, and project submittals for commercial plumbing systems and products. Track projects from design through installation using CRM and project management tools. Coordinate with manufacturers for pricing, technical data, and lead times. Support outside sales staff with takeoffs, job tracking, and follow-up on quotes and submittals. Maintain accurate customer and project records in the company database. Experience 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical support within the plumbing, mechanical, or construction industries preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability with multiple ongoing projects Familiarity with commercial plumbing products and related systems a plus. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous Candidates should possess a proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to grow professionally in a supportive environment.
