We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator - Services & Contracts to provide dedicated support to our Services & Contracts Department while also assisting with day-to-day sales operations. A key focus of this position will be supporting the administrative and operational processes surrounding professional services engagements, including reviewing, preparing, and coordinating Statements of Work (SOWs) and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the services and contract lifecycle. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and strong writer who is comfortable working with detailed documentation, managing multiple priorities, and coordinating across internal teams, customers, resellers, and technology partners. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop experience in sales operations, professional services, and contract administration within the IT industry. Key ResponsibilitiesServices & Contracts Support Provide dedicated day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Services & Contracts Manager. Review incoming Statements of Work (SOWs), service documentation, and supporting materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Prepare and create Statements of Work using established templates, project details, pricing, scope information, deliverables, timelines, and other information provided by internal teams and partners. Coordinate SOW revisions and approvals, ensuring requested changes are accurately incorporated and properly documented. Maintain organized and accurate records of SOWs, service agreements, contracts, renewals, and related documentation. Track outstanding documentation, approvals, signatures, purchase orders, and other requirements necessary to move services engagements forward. Assist with the coordination of professional services projects from initial request through completion, helping ensure all required documentation and administrative steps are completed. Communicate with internal teams, reseller partners, vendors, and customers as needed to gather information, resolve documentation questions, and keep projects moving forward. Assist the Services & Contracts Manager with contract and renewal administration, reporting, tracking, and follow-up. Identify missing or inconsistent information within service documentation and proactively work with the appropriate parties to resolve discrepancies. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with contractual, pricing, customer, and project information. Sales Operations Support Perform data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer, sales, services, and order information within company systems. Assist with quote preparation, order documentation, and customer account maintenance as needed. Respond to internal and external inquiries and help route questions or issues to the appropriate team. Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Customer Success, and other internal departments to support the timely delivery of products and services. Assist with sales reports, presentations, documentation, and other operational projects as needed. Provide general administrative and operational support to the Sales and Operations teams during periods of increased volume or as business needs require. Perform other related duties and special projects that contribute to the overall success of the Services, Contracts, and Sales Operations teams. What We're Looking For Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when reviewing written documentation, pricing, dates, deliverables, and contractual information. Strong written communication skills with the ability to create and edit clear, professional business documents. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active requests, deadlines, and follow-up items simultaneously. Ability to read detailed documentation, identify inconsistencies or missing information, and ask appropriate follow-up questions. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments. A proactive, dependable approach with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion. Strong commitment to customer service and operational accuracy. Ability to handle business-sensitive and contractual information with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, contract administration, professional services coordination, data entry, or a related administrative role. Experience reviewing or preparing Statements of Work, contracts, proposals, or other business documentation is strongly preferred. Experience within the IT industry, technology distribution, professional services, or a related field is a plus but not required. A college degree is preferred but not required.
