Territory Sales Representative Are you a highly motivated professional with a passion for consultative selling? Consider this direct-hire Territory Sales Representative position! You'll help grow our client's private label business within the U.S. construction market. Responsibilities of the Territory Sales Representative Develop and execute a strategic sales plan Build strong relationships with distributors, buying groups, manufacturers, and professional contractors Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and technical consultation to pricing, negotiation, and successful product launches Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized customer solutions Lead private label projects involving new product development, packaging, branding, and commercialization Analyze market trends, competitive products, pricing strategies, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and KPI reporting Attend industry trade shows, customer events, and association meetings Qualifications of the Territory Sales Representative Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Proven success in B2B sales within the building materials or construction products industry Experience selling through distribution, OEM, or manufacturing channels Strong knowledge of the tile, flooring, waterproofing, or construction materials market is preferred Experience managing private label or customized product programs is a huge plus Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills Relationship building skills and an entrepreneurial mindset Experience using CRM and ERP systems Willingness to travel approximately 60-70% throughout the U.S. Please share your resume in confidence for this Territory Sales Representative opportunity offering $80K-$90K/year, DOE.
