Job Description
Willco Air Conditioning, Refrigeration & Heating is continuing to grow and is looking to add an experienced, passionate Comfort Advisor to our sales team. This role is ideal for a seasoned HVAC professional who can confidently recommend the right system replacements, create detailed and accurate scopes of work, and guide customers through available rebates and financing options. As the face of Willco in customers' homes, the Comfort Advisor must deliver an honest, consultative experience built on trust, technical expertise, and professionalism. This is a commission-only position, with exceptional earning potential for high performers who consistently deliver results and outstanding customer experiences.
