Duties Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate with clients and follow up on leads. Conduct thorough product demonstrations and explain vehicle features to potential buyers. Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. Experience Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is not mandatory. Basic math skills. Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable but not required, as they can enhance communication with diverse clientele.
