• Full-time Position Overview As a Verizon Wireless Sales Associate , you'll be a key player in providing the best wireless products and services to our customers.

You'll work hands-on with the latest smartphones, tablets, accessories, and connected devices — all while delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. What You'll Do Engage with walk-in customers and identify their wireless needs Recommend Verizon devices, plans, and accessories that match customer lifestyles Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals Process new activations, upgrades, device protection plans, and account changes Troubleshoot device issues and offer tech support as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment Stay informed on Verizon promotions, devices, and training materials Represent the Verizon brand with professionalism and enthusiasm What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED (required) Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy and eager to learn about new wireless products Goal-driven, competitive, and team-oriented Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Bilingual is a plus Perks & Benefits Competitive hourly wage + uncapped commissions Employee discounts on Verizon devices and plans Paid training and professional development Career advancement opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible full-time employees) Fun, fast-paced team environment
