You knock, you talk with homeowners, and you sign them up on the spot using an app on your phone. A licensed technician performs all treatment. You never handle chemicals, you never enter a home, and you do not need a pesticide license. This is an independent contractor position. It is not employment, there is no wage, and nothing here is a guarantee of income. How you are paid You are paid a percentage of everything your customer pays Fantwin — not once, but every month that customer keeps paying. Sign a customer in March and you are still being paid on that customer in December. Our main plan is $127 to set up, then $59 a month. That is $835 from that customer in their first year. Important:

this is not paid all at once. It arrives across the customer's first year, as they pay. The commission ladder — 40% → 50% → 60% You start at 40% . Everybody starts at 40%, including people who have sold before. From month two you move to 50% . From month four you move to 60% . These increases are automatic . Nobody decides whether to give them to you — meet the retention condition and the rate moves on the date. Your income depends entirely on how many doors you knock and how many of your customers stay. What the work is Knock residential doors in towns where you hold a valid solicitor permit. Explain the service plans and answer common questions about pests. Sign the customer on your phone and take card payment at the door. Leave a door tag and a service card where nobody answers. Keep track of your own numbers: doors, conversations, sales. You decide which days you work, which hours, which streets and how long you stay out. Nobody assigns you a route and nobody checks whether you worked one. Most contractors work evenings and Saturdays, because that is when people are home — but that is your call, not ours. What you need Reliable transportation and a valid driver license. A smartphone. Your own solicitor permit for every town you knock. Each town issues the permit in your name and runs its own police background check. Fees run from $5 a day in Clementon to $150 in Voorhees, and they are per person. You cannot knock a town until your own permit is approved for it. Your own insurance. Fantwin does not insure you — not workers' compensation, not health, not your vehicle. Comfortable walking outdoors for several hours. Helpful, not required Previous door-to-door, canvassing or field sales experience. Background in pest control, lawn care, solar, roofing or other home services. Things you should know before you apply You are an independent contractor, not an employee. There is no hourly wage, no salary and no draw. Nothing is withheld. Income tax and self-employment tax are yours to pay. You will receive a 1099-NEC. You may work for anyone else , including another pest control company. You never apply pesticide and you never enter a customer's home. New Jersey requires a certified applicator to perform treatment. That is the law, not our preference.
