In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, managing inbound and outbound communications with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in high-end automotive sales, B2B interactions, and customer service will drive our dealership's growth. You'll utilize your strong organizational skills and sales acumen to build a robust sales pipeline, support inventory management, and foster lasting customer relationships. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your multilingual abilities and sales management experience in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and in person to generate new leads and nurture existing client relationships. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects, utilizing effective negotiation skills to close deals and upsell additional products or services. Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using CRM software to track interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress. Support dealership inventory management by coordinating with sales teams to ensure accurate inventory control and timely updates. Assist in marketing efforts by promoting special offers, new vehicle arrivals, and dealership events through various channels. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and ensuring a positive experience for every client. Collaborate with the sales team on B2B (business-to-business) sales initiatives and high-end sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities. Participate in public speaking engagements or promotional events as needed to enhance dealership visibility and brand reputation. Requirements Proven experience in automotive retail sales or dealership environments, with a focus on B2B sales preferred. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in outbound sales, cold calling, upselling, and managing a robust sales pipeline. Proficiency with CRM software for tracking customer interactions and managing inventory data. Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for efficient operations. Experience with automobile sales processes, inventory control, and dealership marketing strategies. Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and retail math proficiency.
