This role is ideal for someone who knows how to use ChatGPT and other AI tools to create marketing content, develop lead-generation strategies, identify potential business prospects, and generate new opportunities for our sales team. You will play an important role in helping Brookestone expand its reach, improve its marketing efforts, and consistently generate qualified leads within the small business financing industry. What You'll Do Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to develop creative marketing campaigns and lead-generation strategies Create compelling marketing content for email, social media, web, and other channels Research and identify potential small business prospects and target markets Develop creative ways to generate qualified leads for our sales team Use AI to research industries, businesses, prospects, and market opportunities Build and refine outbound marketing campaigns Write and optimize email campaigns, advertisements, messaging, and promotional content Test different marketing approaches and track what generates the best results Work closely with our sales and management teams to turn marketing opportunities into qualified leads Continuously explore new AI tools, strategies, and technologies that can improve our lead-generation process What We're Looking For Strong working knowledge of ChatGPT and generative AI Creative thinker who can come up with new marketing and lead-generation ideas Strong written communication skills Ability to research businesses and identify potential customers Understanding of digital marketing, outbound marketing, or lead generation Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Previous experience in marketing, lead generation, sales development, AI-assisted marketing, or financial services is a plus

Compensation & Growth Starting Salary:
