What We're Looking For Highly motivated and driven individuals Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed Sales experience is a plus, but not required Automotive experience is a plus Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Responsibilities Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying process Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives Follow up with leads and previous customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships Work with customers to structure deals and complete the sales process Maintain knowledge of our inventory, financing options, and available programs Provide an exceptional, no-pressure customer experience Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals Compensation Commission-Based + Performance Bonuses Your earning potential is based on your sales performance.
