- Plumbers and plumbing companies
- Property managers - Commercial properties
- Assisted living and senior living facilities
- Property managers - Residential condo buildingsAssisted living and senior living facilities
- Insurance agencies (captives and independents) Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting daily face-to-face prospect visits
- Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Developing new referral accounts
- Following up with prospective and existing accounts
- Maintaining notes and follow-up activity in our CRM
- Generating qualified restoration referrals for our operations team Your job is to build the relationship and generate the lead.
- Property management vendor sales
- Plumbing or plumbing supply sales
- Pest control sales
- Janitorial/commercial cleaning sales
- Snow removal sales
- Pharmaceutical sales
- Car rental/insurance sales
- Restoration or construction sales
- Food sales
- Other outside B2B sales The ideal candidate is:
- Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people
- Experienced with face-to-face prospecting
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Relationship-focused rather than high-pressure
- Comfortable being held accountable for activity and results Compensation
- $50,000-$55,000 Base Salary
- Commission based on production
