Sales Coordinator - Sales, Marketing & Party Coordination Urban Air Adventure Park - Hazlet, NJ Turn Local Connections into Business and Make Every Party Memorable! Are you outgoing, energetic, organized, and great with people? Do you enjoy sales, building relationships, and creating memorable experiences? Urban Air Adventure Park in Hazlet, NJ, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to help grow our business through local sales, community partnerships, and birthday party coordination. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys meeting people, making calls, developing new business, and ensuring our parties and group events run smoothly. Qualifications Must be 25 years of age or older. Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or event coordination preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making sales calls, developing partnerships, and following up on leads. Self-motivated, outgoing, and able to work independently. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Hazlet, NJ. Key Responsibilities Sales & Community Marketing Develop relationships with local day camps, churches, schools, corporations, and community organizations. Promote Urban Air for field trips, group events, birthday parties, corporate outings, and fundraisers. Build cross-marketing partnerships with local businesses to generate new customers and increase sales. Make outbound calls, send emails, visit local organizations, and follow up on sales leads. Identify new opportunities to increase bookings and grow our local presence. Birthday Party Coordination Contact parents before their scheduled parties to confirm details and ensure everything is ready. Coordinate with Party Hosts to make sure parties run smoothly and guests have a great experience. Promote party upgrades, food, beverages, and add-ons to increase sales. Provide excellent customer service and encourage repeat business. Position Details Full-time, on-site position. Weekday days off.
