In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and execution of strategies to generate high-quality sales leads, nurture customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective communication and sales techniques. Your leadership will ensure the BDC operates seamlessly, delivering exceptional customer service while maximizing sales opportunities across various channels. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and have a passion for high-end automotive sales, this is your chance to make a significant impact! Duties Lead and motivate the BDC team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase the sales pipeline by identifying new prospects and nurturing existing leads via CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Manage inbound and outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, follow-ups, and upselling premium vehicle options to enhance customer value. Oversee inventory management coordination to ensure availability aligns with customer demand and marketing campaigns. Conduct regular training sessions on phone etiquette, communication skills, negotiation techniques, and product knowledge to improve team performance. Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, monitor sales pipeline progress, and generate reports for management review. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that attract high-end clientele and promote dealership services effectively. Maintain excellent public speaking skills to confidently present vehicle features during customer interactions or dealership events. Ensure compliance with dealership policies while providing outstanding customer service that exceeds client expectations. Experience .Proven experience managing a BDC or sales support team within an automotive dealership environment. Must have knowledge of Vin Solutions Strong background in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, retail sales, and high-end vehicle transactio ns. Demonstrated success in negotiation, upselling, and closing deals with diverse clientele. Proficiency in CRM software systems used for managing sales pipelines and customer data. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Knowledge of inventory control, retail math, and automotive industry standards is highly desirable. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging a broader customer base. Experience in public speaking or conducting presentations at dealership events or community outreach programs is advantageous.
