Full-time Job Overview CitiStep is a footwear company serving retail, wholesale, and custom-order customers. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service & Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This position combines customer support, sales follow-up, and new business development. The ideal candidate communicates professionally, follows through on customer needs, and is comfortable identifying and contacting prospective clients. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email. Assist customers with product information, orders, shipping, and post-sale questions. Follow up on quotations, samples, pending orders, and customer requests. Maintain relationships with existing retail, wholesale, and custom-order customers. Identify and contact prospective customers through phone, email, and online research. Introduce prospective customers to CitiStep's products, services, and customization capabilities. Assist with preparing quotations, product information, sales materials, and customer presentations. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to help ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Maintain organized customer records, follow-up notes, and order information. Help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Support trade show preparation, customer outreach, and other sales activities as needed. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional and courteous customer-service approach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple customer requests and follow-up tasks. Basic proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and online research. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. Previous customer service, sales, business development, retail, wholesale, or e-commerce experience is preferred. Experience in footwear, apparel, consumer products, or international trade is a plus. Bilingual English and Chinese skills are preferred but not required.
Compensation Base pay:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour. Starting pay will be based on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills.
