Inside Sales Representative Location:

Princeton, NJ - 100% Onsite 12 Months Contract What's the Job? Manage the full lifecycle of customer service contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and processing agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing updates, clarifying contract terms, and gathering necessary information. Coordinate contract billing activities, including setup, invoice generation, and resolution of billing discrepancies. Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Operations teams to support timely contract activation and renewals. Evaluate equipment reports to identify systems with expiring warranties and facilitate contract renewals and SAP contract submissions. What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree highly preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience in contract management, customer service, or related fields. Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and familiarity with SAP or similar contract management systems.
