On-Site The Opportunity We Whiten is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, outgoing, sales-driven Junior Studio Partner to join our team. This is more than a customer service position. It's a hands-on sales and client experience role where you'll work directly with clients, build relationships, sell services and memberships, and have the opportunity to increase your earnings through performance. And you don't need dental or teeth-whitening experience to get started—we provide full training . What You'll DoDrive Sales & Client Growth You'll play an important role in helping the studio grow. Sell whitening packages, memberships, upgrades, and retail products. Recommend services and products based on each client's needs. Build relationships that turn first-time guests into repeat clients. Follow up with clients and help drive retention. Work toward and exceed individual and studio sales goals. Track your performance and look for ways to improve. Create opportunities to increase client value through memberships and additional services. The more you learn, improve, and produce, the more opportunity you have to earn. Create an Exceptional Client Experience You'll be one of the faces of We Whiten. Perform professional teeth-whitening treatments after completing training. Walk clients through the whitening process and answer questions. Educate clients on aftercare and recommended products. Create a friendly, professional, and comfortable experience for every guest. Build trust and make confident recommendations. Maintain high customer service standards from check-in through checkout.

Support a High-Performing Studio You'll work closely with the Studio Partner and team to keep the studio running smoothly and growing. Keep the studio clean, organized, stocked, and client-ready. Assist with appointment scheduling and booking adjustments. Support daily studio operations. Help create a positive, energetic studio environment. Work with the team to increase sales, memberships, and studio revenue. Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do.
