This is a performance-based role designed for individuals who know how to run appointments, handle objections, and close deals. What You'll Do Run pre-set, qualified appointments (no self-generation) Travel to customers' homes for consultations Identify needs through strong questioning and listening Present tailored solutions using product samples Handle pricing, financing, and close the sale in-home Lead Source All leads are generated through national retail partners: The Home Depot and Lowe's Customers have already expressed interest prior to your visit No cold calling. No canvassing. No prospecting. Your role is to close Compensation $120K
