Job Overview We're growing fast and looking for experienced, in-home sales professionals ready to take their careers to the next level. Average earning potential of $200K-$300K annually with uncapped commissions! Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to assess kitchen layouts, design goals, and budget expectations. Present cabinet, countertop, and kitchen remodeling solutions tailored to each homeowner's needs. Build rapport quickly, identify customer pain points, and deliver professional sales presentations that inspire confidence. Provide product recommendations, explain features and benefits, and answer design and pricing questions. Prepare and present accurate project proposals, pricing, and financing options when applicable. Close sales and ensure all contracts, measurements, and documentation are completed accurately. Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project completion. Follow up with customers throughout the project and after installation to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals and repeat business. Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team performance. Requirements Proven experience in direct sales, in-home sales, kitchen remodeling sales, cabinet sales, or home improvement sales. Strong c losing and negotiation skills with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with homeowners. Should be comfortable discussing design concepts, measurements, pricing, and financing options. Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by performance-based compensation. Ability to work evenings and weekends based on customer appointment availability. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to customer homes. Experience with kitchen cabinet design software or remodeling project sales is a plus.
