The Wholesale Product Coordinator is responsible for supporting our growing footwear division. This position supports the Wholesale Footwear business. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site. Key Responsibilities Manage all product copy and photography needs for the wholesale channel across multiple seasons.

Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure product details are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.

Maintain a comprehensive seasonal master list of all wholesale footwear products and their respective details.

Coordinate with external vendors and photo studios to procure product photography in a timely manner.

Prepare polished PowerPoint presentations and product decks for internal and external use.

Ensure all product information is properly formatted and up to date for internal systems and external partners.

Support the wholesale team with ad hoc reporting, sample management, and seasonal market preparation.

Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Essential duties include: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, production, and external vendors.

Motivated, dependable, and solutions-focused with a collaborative mindset. Required Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $26-30/hour. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
