SALES PERSONAL SHOPPER / INTERNET SALES MANAGER
Reports to:DIRECTOR OF INTERNET SALES

Hourly +Commission Essential Job Duties:
As a Supporting Unit to the Matthews Auto Group Sales Departments, you will be responsible for Handling Incoming and Outgoing Sales Calls, Internet Leads, and Live Chats for the Sole Purpose of the Generation of Sales Department Appointments with Prospective Vehicle Buyers , as well as follow up with Current Matthews Auto Customers. The essential job duties referenced below are important for the job to be accomplished. Other job duties may be required.- Develops and enhances current and existing Customer relationships by establishing and maintaining rapport by providing Customer Service and Support by listening and documenting requests and vehicle interests.
- Documenting all Customer interaction in Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Systems.
- Following up for up to 135 Days or longer if necessary, with all open leads and opportunities in CRMs.
- General Understanding of automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models.
- Interacting with buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; suggesting trade-ins; asking open-ended questions to understand buying interests.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational and telephone and web training opportunities; exploring opportunities and taking initiative to add value to job requirements.
- Maintains a valid driver's license with safe driving habits at all time.
- Ability to Adapt in a Process Driven and a Process Changing Environment.
