Ready to Build Relationships—and a Career? A well-established, growing manufacturing company is looking for a driven, personable Inside Sales Representative to join its team. This isn't a high-volume call center role. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with customers, uncovering opportunities, following up, and turning conversations into long-term business relationships. If you're motivated by results, comfortable picking up the phone, and like the idea of seeing your efforts directly impact company growth, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B customers Follow up on leads, quotes, inquiries, and sales opportunities Proactively reach out to customers to uncover new business Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions Partner with outside sales, customer service, operations, and production teams Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM Help grow existing accounts through consistent communication and follow-up Keep customers informed and create an outstanding experience from inquiry through order Meet individual and team sales goals What We're Looking For You don't need to know everything about manufacturing on day one. Sales instinct, communication skills, initiative, and follow-through matter.

Confident and professional on the phone and by email Friendly, persuasive, and comfortable starting conversations Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once Motivated by goals and measurable results Persistent without being pushy Curious and willing to learn technical products Comfortable working with CRM and business software A team player who takes ownership and follows through Previous inside sales, customer service, account management, manufacturing, distribution, or B2B experience is a plus.
