Job Description

Administrative Support Specialist Full Time 1st Shift (8AM - 4:30PM) Rotation for Sunday Chapel The Administrative Support Specialist provides extraordinary administrative, clerical, and customer service support to ensure efficient operation to all internal and external stakeholders. The position is a key point of contact in developing and maintaining strong relationships and facilitating the flow of information between all departments while supporting regulatory compliance, communication, scheduling, and record management.
Minimum Skill Requirements:
Prefer 1-3 years of related work experience in customer service; emphasis on Long Term Care or other healthcare setting; High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent; Finance/Accounting experience preferred; Administrative Professional certification preferred Strong computer skills; Microsoft Applications Demonstrate the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with all personnel, residents and families; Ability to handle difficult situations; Critical thinking skills; Must be able to prioritize and multitask; Good at building relationships with a high level of confidentiality; Represent Fairlawn with understanding the organizational goals and needs of the future in a professional manner; Must be able to sit, stand, and push, pull, move and/or lift supplies and equipment.
