Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Wellness Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the friendly face guiding clients through their wellness journeys, providing expert advice (we train you) on a variety of health and skincare treatments. Your enthusiasm for encouraging a healthy lifestyle, combined with your sales skills, will help clients achieve their desired results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to promote wellness products and services in a lively environment that values positivity, professionalism, and growth. Duties Greet clients warmly and recommend suitable supplements and/or skincare treatments. Learn our natural wellness products and make personalized recommendations. Cultivate lasting customer relationships. Operate Point-of-Sale system and help maintain a clean environment. Package our handmade finished products including wrapping soaps, bagging herbal tea blends and labeling products. Qualifications Prior experience in retail, customer service, cosmotology or sales preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with customers and a genuine interest in helping people. Dependable and honest with a strong work ethic and attendance record. Basic cash handling skills and ability to multitask Enthusiasm for learning is essential. Availability to work Wednesday through Saturday 9:30am-5pm Looking for a Long-Term position. If you need a traditional 5 day per week schedule we can include Tuesdays through Saturdays 9:30-5pm for the right person.
