What you'll be doing: Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through active listening and product knowledge. Engage with customers and create positive, memorable experiences Demonstrate mobile devices, accessories, and related products to highlight features and benefits effectively. Generate new customers interest and support activations Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.
