Regional Business Development Manager - Single-Use Systems Build Relationships. Expand Markets. Drive Growth. Position Summary We're seeking a Regional Business Development Specialist to grow sales of Single-Use products and services within the Life Sciences and Biopharmaceutical markets. This role develops new business with distributors, OEMs, and end users while partnering with Regional Sales Managers to expand existing accounts and distribution channels. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of single-use tubing and fittings and a proven record of growing sales. Candidates must live within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities Develop new end-user accounts and distribution channels for Single-Use Tubing and Assemblies. Identify target customers and execute strategies to expand market share. Gather customer specifications and coordinate internal communication, drawings, and quotes. Partner with Regional Sales Managers through joint calls, product training, and networking. Communicate customer needs, market trends, competitive activity, and quality, delivery, and pricing requirements to management. Help develop sales strategies, processes, and supplier partnerships. Provide prompt, accurate communication that supports our vision of "Coupling expertise with speed and simplicity." Attend trade shows and stay current on industry developments, compliance, and certifications. Develop proficiency with company products and ERP software. Champion safety, company culture, and ethical business practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in the single-use or biopharmaceutical market. 3+ years of outside sales experience with demonstrated success growing new and existing accounts. Strong technical knowledge of tubing and fittings used in single-use production environments. Excellent communication, relationship-building, analytical, and organizational skills. Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities. Ability to safely navigate manufacturing environments, use office equipment for extended periods, and travel for business.
