Job Description

Receptionist/ Truck Sales Admin Brechbuhler Truck Sales is a full line Mack and Fuso brand dealer serving all trucking needs from hard working class 3 all the way to the heaviest duty class 8 trucks. Our experienced sales team will match a truck to any customer's needs. The factory trained service techs in our full-service facility will handle the toughest repairs on all years, makes and models. Our knowledgeable parts team stocks and delivers genuine Mack, Fuso and other quality OEM parts and accessories to exceed customers' needs. General Description:
As the Receptionist/Truck Sales Admin, you will process truck deals for the Truck Sales department. You will verify cost, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons, for the accounting department and prepare legal transfer documents for the BMV. Maintain the operating system in the computer. Ensure all sales customers' tag and title paperwork is processed in a timely manner and provide assistance to the sales team on tag and title matters. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Answer and transfer phone calls to employees in a polite and timely manner. Process tag and title applications for all lease and rental units. Post work orders for Leasing from Service and Parts. Add and maintain units for Leasing in Procede, Telogis and other tracking spreadsheets. Create monthly invoices for Leasing customers and invoices for Rental customers. Ensure Leasing customer Certificates of Insurance are current and meet minimum coverage requirements. Process
IFTA/HUT
renewals for Leasing. Prepare documents and assist in annual audits. Input and retrieve data to/from various systems (
Ex:
Tax exemptions, etc) ensuring accuracy. Process truck sales invoices including title and finance documents, other registrations as needed. Maintain records for Company vehicles, renew/distribute plates. Flooring New/Used Trucks, maintain accurate records, updating when changes are made to inventory. Order and track office supplies for the dealership. Organize files for customers, vendors, etc. Maintain the office area in a neat and organized manner. Other support duties as required. Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements pertaining to this position. Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting
Basic Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic computer skills High School Diploma or GED Notary Public experience

Strong oral and written communication ability Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative, able and willing to work without direct supervision, and be willing to attend appropriate training sessions
