Minute Men Staffing - 3.6 Grove City, OH Job Details Full-time $40,000 - $65,000 a year 15 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Customer returns handling Full Job Description 40K based salary + commission based adding $15-20K a year Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure regular visits to maintain customer satisfaction. Sell and deliver coffee, allied & equipment to the customer's place of business on a regular, structured route schedule. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely order placement to meet customer demand Effectively communicate product information, promotions and new offerings to customers. Aggressively works on all sales promotions. Develop new leads and expand the customer base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Submit sales activity reports as directed. Forwards leads to managers in appropriate divisions. Maintains accurate up to date customer records. Achieves sales goals as established by manager in all product categories. Listens to and resolves customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Places and rotates products on shelves or racks within sales warehouse. Writes customers pre orders and schedules deliveries. Sets up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issues sales promotion materials to customers. Adheres to food safety objectives and work to uphold Cadillac Coffee's food safety and quality system. Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.

Performs customer relation functions including:

stock rotation and managing inventory levels, brewing and equipment dispensing equipment maintenance to all customers. Checks customer equipment with each delivery, clean and repair or replace as required. Reports any equipment problems to service department. Performs an audit of equipment or account inspections when requested. Cleans and maintains assigned warehouse and inventory as directed. Load/Unload delivery vehicle as required. Collects money from customers, makes change and records transactions on customer receipt. Complies with Company cash procedures. Performs bank deposits daily. Collects delinquent accounts as directed by Credit Manager or supervisor and communicates with Credit Manager of problem A/C's. Keeps Company vehicle in neat and clean manner. Assures proper maintenance and repairs are performed on company vehicles. Performs vehicle inspections as required by company. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safe driving practices and proper product handling and storage. Returns and acquires equipment to/from area warehouses with complete and proper paperwork. Performs a monthly truck and warehouse inventory. Properly maintain all assigned company assets - phone, printer, computer, etc. Attend sales meetings, training sessions and trade shows to stay current with industry trends and products Always dress appropriately and professionally on the route. Business casual and safety shoes must be worn while servicing customers on the route.
